The GP Force Leather Jacket is constructed from bovine leather for unsurpassed abrasion and tear resistance. Fully optimized for use with or without Tech-Air® 5, Alpinestars world-leading electronic Airbag Safety System, the GP Force Leather Jacket is equipped with strategically positioned vents and a detachable thermal liner, allowing riders to tailor the jacket to the elements for effective climate control. This Jacket also incorporates Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Pro protectors for effective impact protection.

How does the GP Force Leather Jacket fit, and which size should I choose?
The GP Force Leather Jacket has a regular cut and is offered in men's sizes 46–64. HRSF polyamide stretch inserts and stretch panels at the abdomen, underarms, and arms support movement in the riding position.
Compare your measurements with the Alpinestars size guide. Check that the shoulder and elbow protectors remain correctly positioned without restricting movement. If wearing a compatible Tech-Air® system, also follow that system's fit and clearance instructions.
What CE protection rating and armor does the GP Force Leather Jacket have?
The GP Force Leather Jacket is CE-certified to Category II EN 17092, Class AA. Its multi-panel bovine leather construction provides abrasion resistance, while Nucleon Flex Pro shoulder and elbow protectors provide impact protection.
DFS Lite shoulder protection adds abrasion protection in a key area. The jacket also has a compartment designed to accept Alpinestars CE-certified Nucleon chest pads. Class AA refers to the garment classification, not the impact-protection level of its armor.
Which Tech-Air systems are compatible with the GP Force Leather Jacket?
The GP Force Leather Jacket is listed as compatible with the Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA System, Tech-Air® 5 System, and Tech-Air® 3 V2 System. Accordion stretch inserts accommodate airbag expansion, and the jacket is designed for use with or without a compatible airbag system.
Follow the selected system's instructions to confirm correct fit and deployment clearance before riding.
Does the GP Force Leather Jacket have ventilation and a thermal liner?
Yes. Opening vents and strategically positioned perforated leather panels provide cooling airflow for warmer rides. The detachable thermal liner has 80 g insulation in the body and 60 g in the sleeves for cooler conditions.
Removing the liner and opening the vents lets you reduce insulation and increase airflow as temperatures rise.
Is the GP Force Leather Jacket waterproof?
The GP Force Leather Jacket is not specified as waterproof. Its documented weather-management features are ventilation and a detachable thermal liner; neither establishes waterproof protection. If rain protection is essential, do not rely on this jacket alone as a waterproof layer.
