Engineered to perform on the track and the road, the lightweight S-R7 Helmet combines advanced aerodynamics, optimized airflow and cutting edge materials and Alpinestars patented PLASMA technology for superior protection performance. This helmet is also engineered to be seamlessly integrated with A-Connect; Alpinestars Communications System that utilizes a second generation Harman Kardon Sound System with 40mm speakers and advanced Ai-based noise cancelling technology for the ultimate in aural pleasure.

Multi-composite shell: combines carbon, aramid fiber and fiberglass with pre-preg epoxy resin for lightweight strength, energy dissipation, radial rigidity, controlled deflection and penetration resistance.
Streamlined shell profile: smooth outer design eliminates external channels and potential impact load points, while the collarbone recess helps reduce shell-to-body contact during a slide.
Multi-density EPS liner: seven EPS sections in six densities are strategically positioned for targeted impact absorption, with dedicated dimensions for each helmet size.
PLASMA collarbone inserts: two patented PLASMA sections are integrated into the collarbone cutaways for additional shock absorption in this critical area.
Rotational impact management: dedicated EPS geometry and coating work with a specially developed comfort-liner surface to reduce rotational acceleration transmitted to the rider’s head.
A-Connect ready: engineered for seamless integration with the Alpinestars A-Connect Communication System, including Mesh 3.0 intercom, second-generation 40 mm Harman Kardon speakers and advanced noise reduction.
Complete accessory package: includes a Clear visor, Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ anti-fog lens, breath deflector, chin curtain and helmet soft bag.

ECE 22.06 homologated: the S-R7 meets ECE 22.06 helmet standards.
Optical Class 1 shield: ECE 22.06 homologated shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment and variable thickness from 1.6 mm at the sides to 2.6 mm at the center.
Pinlock® compatible: shield pins accommodate a Pinlock® 120XLT 100% Max Vision lens.
Secure shield locking: premium polymer locking lever helps prevent unwanted shield detachment during impacts or crashes and can be secured closed through the frontal metal hook.
Tool-less visor release: secure quick-release system allows easy visor removal and replacement without tools.
Shield sealing mechanism: side mechanisms allow the shield to rotate and move to seal completely against the helmet’s rubber window trim.
A-Head Fitment System: patented micro-adjustable system connected to the EPS liner allows helmet height, depth and fore-aft angle to be tuned to the rider.
Emergency Release System: 3D foam cheek pads incorporate ERS for emergency helmet removal.

Pre-preg composite construction: carbon, aramid fiber and fiberglass layers are bonded with advanced epoxy resin pre-applied directly to the pre-preg fibers.
Aerodynamic shell structure: delivers ultra-low drag, high-speed stability and reduced neck strain.
Integrated road spoiler: developed using computer-aided pressure visualization in a full-scale wind tunnel to reduce turbulence and drag.
Lateral winglets: integrated into the outer structure to further support high-speed stability and reduce aerodynamic drag.
10-port ventilation system: comprises six intake ports—three in the chinguard and three at the top—and four exhaust ports, with two at the chin bar and two at the rear.
Adjustable chin vents: two closable front openings direct airflow toward the inner shield surface to help prevent fogging and misting.
Central chin intake: additional closable intake beneath the shield lock directs air toward the inner shield and uses a removable rubber bung.
Sliding top vent: movable upper section reveals three internal air channels for increased airflow and cooling.
Chin-bar extractor vents: two lateral exhaust ports remove humid air from the helmet interior.
Rear extractor vents: two exhaust ports integrated into the rear spoiler support effective hot-air extraction.
Removable comfort lining: all linings are removable and washable and feature anti-microbial fabric treatments.
3D cheek pads: fitted foam construction includes eyewear channels, an Emergency Release System and an integrated hydration tube channel.
