Tech-Air® 3 V2 Canvas System är ett helt autonomt airbag-skyddssystem för mångsidig motorcykelkörning. Systemet fungerar oberoende utan externa anslutningar till motorcykeln och använder AI-driven krockdetektering med 6 integrerade sensorer som utlöser airbagen på millisekunder vid upptäckta krockscenarier. Det minskar upp till 95 % av krockenergin över hela bröst- och ryggområdet och erbjuder skydd certifierat till Nivå 2 enligt EN1624-4:2013. Med en konstruktion i stretchig nyloncanvas och vattentät ECU fungerar systemet pålitligt i temperaturer från -20 °C till +40 °C. Den mångsidiga designen kan bäras över eller under kompatibla motorcykeljackor, och den packbara konstruktionen gör den enkel att förvara när den inte används. Bland höjdpunkterna finns upp till 40 timmars batteritid med 4 timmars laddning, Bluetooth 5.0-anslutning till Tech-Air®-appen för övervakning och uppdateringar, LED-statusdisplay med haptiska aviseringar samt praktiska detaljer som solglasögonficka, handskögla i midjan och flera blixtlåsfickor. Systemet använder utbytbara gaspatroner som kan servas av certifierade återförsäljare, och västen är maskintvättbar vid 30 °C efter att de elektroniska komponenterna har tagits bort. Designed to ideally be worn over a motorcycle jacket or garment, but can be worn under a motorcycle jacket as well, providing effective and practical protection for V-Twin riders, touring riders, urban city commuters, and weekend warriors who want to ride protected.

PROTECTION

Alpinestars’ crash detection triggering algorithm has been developed and refined with millions of kilometers of riding data and tens of thousands of crashes, allowing the System to accurately assess when to deploy the airbag ahead of an impact or other dangerous situation like a lowside, or highside crash.

In the event the Tech-Air® 3 detects the start of a crash, the system will activate the protective airbag in milliseconds, providing upper body protection, and reducing up to 95% of the impact energy transferred to the rider anywhere the airbag protects, which includes the full chest and back.

LED Display

A discretely hidden but easily visible LED display on the front chest indicates the Airbag System’s operational status, and incorporates a haptic alert, which vibrates to confirm the System is armed, as well as alerts the rider when the battery is running low.
