In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. How does the Troop-Air Pro Jacket fit, and which size should I choose?
The Troop-Air Pro Jacket has a regular cut with extensive stretch fabric and a body-mapped design to help keep protectors positioned while allowing movement. The Black Ash Gray Bright Red version is listed in sizes XS to 4XL.

Is the Troop-Air Pro Jacket waterproof or designed for hot weather?
The Troop-Air Pro is designed primarily for warm-weather road riding. Its breathable mesh construction, 2D tech mesh, ventilation panels, and localized laser perforations on the inner arms and back promote airflow.
Only the inner storage compartment is specified as waterproof, not the jacket itself. For wet conditions, use a suitable waterproof outer shell; the jacket can also be paired with an outer layer for cooler rides.
What CE protection rating does the Troop-Air Pro Jacket have?
The Troop-Air Pro Jacket is CE-certified Class AA as a protective motorcycle garment. Its reinforced chassis and stretch shell reinforcements in exposed areas are designed to improve tear and abrasion resistance.
Class AA is the garment classification, not an impact-protector level. These are separate ratings and should not be treated as interchangeable.
Can I add chest and back protectors to the Troop-Air Pro Jacket?
Yes. The Troop-Air Pro accommodates Nucleon PLASMA Level 2 one-piece chest armor with central hook-and-loop attachment, as well as Alpinestars divided chest inserts.
It also accommodates CE Level 2 back inserts and Nucleon CELL Back Inserts in Regular and Full sizes. Chest and back inserts are optional protection additions, rather than listed included equipment.
Which Tech-Air airbag systems are compatible with the Troop-Air Pro Jacket?
The Troop-Air Pro Jacket is Tech-Air® Ready and lists compatibility with the Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA System, Tech-Air® 5 System, and Tech-Air® 3 V2 System.
Follow the selected system's fit and deployment-clearance instructions when sizing the jacket and any outer layer. Tech-Air® Ready indicates compatibility, not an airbag system included with the jacket.
